Solution£ºExpendable accessories and the following items are excluded of free after services : A. Damage caused by improper and wrong operation and use, such as wrong electrical source, improper parts and accessories, and any other suddenness. Or any maintenance, fix and refit without permission by our company. B. Product aging or fray under normal conditions. C. Free dismantle. D. Type and code of the product sent for maintenance does not match with the record in the Guarantee Card, or the record is altered. E. The product was bought as disposal at depreciated price. F. The product was used for non-home purpose. G. Over the valid guarantee period. All replacing parts and accessories are displayed in the price list, which will be renewed subject to the fluctuation of local market price and foreign currency exchange rate.

Solution£º Our after services cover: Service free of charge within the valid guarantee period and under stipulated terms. Service upon listed charge beyond the valid guarantee period and under stipulated terms. Technical or operation consultation related to our product. We have kept the information of our product with its code number from the Feed Back Card when you bought it. Your further information will be collected for after services once you contact our service center, and you will receive our care about and service of the product whether by phone call or e-mail directly from us or from your local service center within the guarantee period.
Question£ºAfter- service policy
Solution£ºProduct made by Shanghai Rob Live-in Industry Co.,Ltd. enjoys two-year guarantee. The replaced parts are excluded in the guarantee period. Within the valid guarantee period, customer will not have to pay any for service, including labor cost, based on the well-kept original invoice and Guarantee Card with official seal, if such damage or failure is proved after inspection caused by A. manufacture or the quality problem of parts & accessories B. the same problem after the previous maintenance within three months.
Question£ºExchange a purchase
Solution£ºA. Within one week after the purchase, the buyer is allowed to exchange or withdraw the purchase at the place where the product was bought subject to the valid original invoice, the product type and code are the same with that recorded in the Guarantee Card, the package in good order, the product and the accessories without contrived damage. B. Over one week after the purchase, or any of the invoice, Guarantee Card, package and product is fall short of the above term, neither exchange nor withdraw is allowed.
